13/4 looks good, since we are behind in development. Yet, it increases the degree of commitment drastically. I would like to focus on escaping the straggler, thus, 2's and 3's are very suitable for this purpose. I don't like to use them for covering the blot on the 4-point.
Making the 2-point (7/2 6/2) or maintaining the number of extra builders (13/8 6/2)? I prefer the latter because the 2-point is probably too deep in the home, and it is definitely behind the opponent's anchor.
