There is an alternative to the obvious 13/8 13/9: 13/4.

It is a bold play.

We have an anchor, are behind (race and match), and have a better position, but not a better board. Of course all 1's and 3's play nice for white after 13/4. But the funny thing is that all 3's and 1's also play well after 13/8 13/9.

After 13/8 13/9 the chance of making the 4-point is very small with only 2 building numbers.

I think both plays are rather close.
