QF suggests to me that the correct play is NOT 24/23 11/9. Possibly, the correct play is to optimize priming chances and advanced anchor chances....so I'll go with 23/21 11/10 providing 3 builders for the 5 pt, or preparing to extend the prime further into the outfield, and also putting a direct threat on white's blot in her outfield.
