What's so bad about the old notation?

10,9 {6(2),5(2)} {5(2)} {8,23} 3-1?

I wonder what match recorders use today. (I know what one uses.)

24/21 is the easier half of this roll. Then it's between 6/5 and 9/8. I recall the axiom "be wary of being vulnerable on both sides of the board". If Stick's back checkers weren't split then 6/5 would be my choice. (If they weren't split he probably wouldn't be asking.)

9/8 and hit the clock.
