R (21/14) versus @ (23/21 13/8)?
I think that 23/21 13/8 is better than 21/14, since the anchor will give us some safety which we can use to attack the opponent's checkers on the near side of the board. Moreover, it seems to be important to bring additional checkers into our (attacking) zone.
