Slotting the 4-point now costs us the 8-point, although remaking it might not be that difficult.

13/9, 10/7 certainly spreads out the builder (and gives up the 10-point now, but that will be expendable/liability once we make our 4-point).

Don't know how much our play will affect opp's next decision, but probably better in that regard to keep the 8-point. Let's work on the outside prime first and then roll it in.
