Except for doublets (and probably not 1-1) I don't see many Blue rolls that lose the market. Are there subsequent White rolls that lose the market? 6-1? 6-2 (when Stick keeps both on the middie)? Without doing the MEC, I do note that dropping at this score, letting opp get to the efficient 4-away, isn't much worse than taking and losing (non-G) for opp to get to 3-away. I.e. White is more prone than typical to take this due to the score, so is more likely to be able to take next turn when this turn presents a marginal double.
