I can't see playing off the five or the six, and I don't want to expose a blot, so that seems to leave only two ideas: stack em up on the seven point of make the ten point followed by 7/4(2).

I don't particularly like a stack of six on the seven, but stripping it to stack the four seems worse. After 10(2) 4(2) we blot with a 61 and I don't see any immediate blotting numbers after 7(2). That play also looks safer in the long term.
