I don't think we want all of our spares on the same point. That rules out the otherwise pretty 13/3(2). 13/8(2), 6/1(2) looks like the most balanced option. We then have three spares on two points. Our primary gameplan (obviously) is to race. But we can hit shots, too. Short of those we want some flexibility.

Summary: 13/8(2), 6/1(2).
