22/13 looks premature even though we're ahead in the race. Stacking up on the midpoint like that is ugly and we can easily get hit and lose our race lead.

13/4 looks O.K. but it does create a dilly builder.

13/9 13/8 creates the nicest distribution, and the direct shot it leaves is not so bad because of the duplication of 4's to hit and anchor.

I'm not seeing any other candidates. I'll try 13/9 13/8.
