I'd step up to the prime with 24/22 and then play 7/3 to avoid leaving any other blots, in case we get attacked.

Another possibility is to hit, but stepping up seems more urgent. Ditto for making the 9pt, which is six pips away from our 3pt and can't be part of the same prime.
