Before reading the other replies, here's my thinking:

Making the 4-pt would be nice but that would be closing the ears to four blots of our checker colour assembled in both boards who are screaming DEFENSE.

After 24/22 I look around for the remaining deuces and 13/7 seems to offer most possibilties while keeping what structure we have.
