My rankings (in parens, raw-adj) based upon 2006 & 2007 performance, from your list of names:

Munitz(1-1).

Nobody mentioned

Fogerlund(5-4),

Gibson(51-x),

Weaver(36-27),

Bauer(57-x),

Cattanach(10-8),

Fischer(13-11)

-- all top 5 in ABT in 2007 or 2006. Nobody mentioned

Götz Hildsberg(22-19).

The difference between raw ranking and adjusted ranking accounts for, among other things -- players must cash at least three times in the two year window, and the fact that I am forced to take up slot 2. E.g. Gregg ranked 10th raw, moved ahead of three "flash in the pan" performers, but then dropped one from there since my name was inserted ahead of his (by the rules of voting). An 'x' in 'adjusted' just indicates that this player didn't make my top 31 and as a result I didn't bother applying the adjustments.
