I was playing XG at the time this came up so I made the obvious play but I thought that perhaps v. a human hitting could be better trying to force a cash. It's up for debate of course but I felt like some humans might picture the sequence where they dance with two blots hanging around in the outfield and decide to cash the game instead of risking it. By anchoring up that imminent almost imaginary threat isn't there. The opponent could also think after anchoring that it's too much long term work to keep playing on and cash. I don't know. I don't see any immediate risk with anchoring up though. The opponent will make his broken six prime and there won't be much to shoot at. Every turn it will be a play on with low/no risk to it. (more importantly, no risk that they can see) There's no definitive answer to me.
