Nah, I'm not saying that. Making huge blunders probably isn't the best way to beat Neil. But then where have things broken down? With the JT100 tables? With performing GNU rollouts using the tables?

If the difference is 200 ELO, are you still so sure? (Likewise for 300 ELO, etc.). Where's the cutoff, and why?

I think 100 ELO sounds like too much between Neil and you, going by GG ratings--maybe 50 ELO. That brings up another question about whether you can really know what the ELO difference is, but I think you can reasonably estimate some of the time.
