The MEG software Walter wrote, which I used to write Fish, let the user generate takepoints, givepoints, and gammon prices at any cube level for the loaded table. So if you wanted redouble givepoints for either player with a 150-point rating difference in a 13-point match you could generate and print it.

Unfortunately I lost the floppy disk years ago. If anyone has a copy I would love one. Come to think of it, Donna Trice might have some. I thought the software was going to make me rich (and wouldn't hurt Walter's pocketbook, either) but the book sold many more copies.
