My USBGF resignation/clarification

I have not been involved with Backgammon for as long as some people have been. But I have to say that I have never seen any person other than Phil Simborg who has spent so much of his time in helping to increase the popularity of the game and also to help everyone with the playing of the game with his videos and other teaching and coaching methods.I have taken lessons with him and I must say he taught me a great deal in learning the game.He has given so much of his time to help everyone.I must say I will miss him and I certainly applaud him on everything he has accomplished.Not only the Backgammon Learning Center, but also help with the Mind Game Center, Opening Ceremony,and of course his help with XG.He deserves a standing ovation and I wish him the very best as the future unfolds.Let us all give him the recognition he deserves with everything he has done.I thank you,Phil,and I do hope to meet you in person sometime.I will treat you to the best dinner you have ever had at a place of your choosing! Thanks again, Phil.The very best to you.
