Ah. What you are seeing is the help section where there are static images that displays what you are likely to see in the main section. Since you can view the help pages before you have registered/logged in I have provided a lot of screenshots of what you can expect to see once you do log in.

I haven't updated the images there yet and I think there are a couple of old ones from a previous version of the site but most should be reasonably accurate.

There are a lot of features on the site so I guess it can be a bit confusing at first.

Now that you mention comments I noticed that the comments page wasn't properly updated (new comments were present in the database) so I didn't see your comment but I have fixed this now so I see there are a couple of new comments there. I'll take a look.
