Depends on the types of games being played. For example a racing game is easy to score less than 1.0 in (just follow Pottles Law). Blitzes are also relatively easy to score well in - just blitz like a demon. Its longer matches and tougher games that really define how well a player plays.

Although having spent most of the Midwests weekend chou-ing with Petko, and having played him a few times online too, I am not surprised to see him in the top 10 there. Wish I could say the same about the other 9 lol.
