I should know this book opening, but I don't.

I do know that with an opening of 43, Z and D are bascically dead even and S is just a wee bit behind. U clearly trails all three.

Z and U are not possible, so I think it's between D and S. With the PF's homeboard point D becomes more risky, so I'll opt for S.
