I expect this kind of slam for Stick, but Ian?

I'm kidding since I know you weren't. (Uh, you weren't, were you?? Where are those internet tongues we were talking about just yesterday? Not THAT kind of tongue, Stick.)
Your hint screams "QF" but I'll try and avoid the temptation.
One possible play is 24/16, 20/16(2) -- a very racy play. But even then you're behind in the count so that doesn't feel right.
13/9(2) is very attractive for it's blocking/landing value. Potential continuations are 24/16 and 20/16(2).
White really would like to unstack his twin towers. Staying on the 24-point (IMO) gives him extra incentive. I'd rather move out to the 16-point with the single checker. If he hits there, he either leaves the blot or stacks even higher. In either case he's not unstacking.
Bottom line: 13/9(2), 24/16.
