I miss online bg. Bring it back.

I couldn't say about the volume of cheating, I did see some bots / users playing at gnu 2ply 0.0's, and chose not to play them, but you also have to remember that the primary high volume players were the strong ones, people that could consistently play at a relatively low error rate. You got to see who they were, and got used to them fairly quickly.

I think in your case Albert, yes you probably did play the same players under different nics - that was due to the 3 skins (play65, primebackgammon, gammonempire).
