The header of this thread should and could have been chosen differently. But I see the point by Robert. Yes, Cihangir didnīt play by XG books but sometimes an "oriental" style, as I call it. Not necessarily a "Turkish" style but widely common in many other countries such as Iran, the Caucasus, Irak, Lebanon, etc. Itīs an "Oriental" style with which many players feel comfortable and are used to. Many "Westerners" feel like the tournaments in Turkey, Cyprus, Russia, Georgia, and elsewhere are " a ponf full of fish" but often get beaten while playing there. Rather than being perfect bots, they like to play their game and their style, and in this very case, quite successfully. Congrats and well done !
