I think the categories continue likely to be best organized around the thematic structures.

Commit/Defer, Safe/Bold, PRaT Priming, Blitzing, Holding, Racing etc... or Magriel's criteria

If we can identify what kind of game we are playing then the resulting decision is usually simple.

Ignoring exceptions (my easy out) I would hope to organize in a mostly previously defined framework with under a dozen categories to be practical, around 7 or 8 would be preferable as it is about the longest list I can comfortabley handle with my limited mental capacity.

This of course is limited to the pragmatic collection of 3rd roll Moves for $, GG, GS

Now how much would I bet and at what odds...
