XG's Dice Distribution feature

Stick gave you the best answer but i would add the following. Once you look at the dice distribution for your opponent after you make each of your candidate plays there are three important considerstions to focus on:
First look at What is your opponent's average equity of all the rolls after each play--the better play you make the lower average equity he has. But this in itself often does not give you the real insight into why one play is better. In highly volatile games for example, the real answer lies in how many really good rolls he has (jokers) and how many really bad rolls (anti-jokers) there are.
Some times the best play is right simply because you give him some rolls that crack his prime, or maybe he will dance if you hit him, and even if there are very few rolls that do that, the swing can be huge and it might be your best chance to turn the game around, or win a bunch of gammons. Conversely, sometimes the inferior play is worse because you give him one or two monster jokers that can put you to sleep.
In many situations the majority of rolls dont matter if you make one play or the other, but by looking at the extremes--his best and worse rolls, you find the real answer to the puzzle.
I find that the more you use dice distribution in this manner the better you get finding these jokers and antijokers over the board, and that's the real value of using this terrific feature.
