Hard to find over the board

I've seen these types of plays come up in my DMP work and, as you say, they can be tough to spot over the board. In the cases I've looked at, the shot-leaving plays have been best at DMP, but the plays reverse for money, where gammons come into play. Your position is interesting because it does the opposite: the shot-leaving play is clearly best for money (they are somewhat closer with Jacoby in effect), but the quiet 5/1 edges it out at DMP.
