Shifting 2/1x(2) is a must as even at DMP a blitz is very strong here with 2 up vs a 4 pt and the opp having little in the way of defense. Then I play 10/8 being more concerned with adding a builder for the 2 pt than dodging 22 and 44 which are great rolls for white anyhow.
