Shifting points to put a second checker on the roof seems automatic.

Then it's a question of leaving the blot on the 16 to dupe fours or moving it to the 15 so that 44 isn't as much of a joker. I think the latter is the right idea.

Then 10/9 looks a little better than 6/5.
