I don't think leaving the anchor is a good idea in face of opp's stronger board and some attackers ready. That leaves only 2 alternatives:

10/4 8/3 - Leaves illusory guard on the stripped midpoint at the cost of overbusting checkers, which could be otherwise used to form a prime.

13/7 13/8 - At the cost of few extra shots, we keep all checkers active for priming and attacking plan. If we're missed, we'll usually make the bar and keep high builders, or make 4 or 5 pt. with bar slotted.

To me, 13/7 13/8 is worth it.
