What about the 4-1 roll after 24/23?

In Response To: Do you ever tempo hit on the second roll if you can't make a major split? (Perry Gartner)

I'm referring to the double hit, so I'm guessing technically you don't consider that a tempo hit? 6/2*, 24/23 is a single (tempo) hit with minor split and not my play.
