In Response To: Position 2 from a backgame (Konstantin)

I wonder is your purpose to understand these positions in general or to understand them at the score? For complex positions I always recommend normalizing the score because I feel that is the goal that most people are going for, the general understanding. I realize this is 'actually how it came up during one of your matches' but don't allow that to interfere with being more productive and learning something more useful.
