You have "raw takepoint" right.

I don't know if there is a universally accepted definition of "dead cube takepoint" but I would guess that it means the raw takepoint adjusted by gammons:

dead cube takepoint = raw takepoint + (opp's GV)*(opp's gammon wins) – (own GV)*(own gammon wins)

where "GV" stands for "gammon value". (I've omitted backgammons for simplicity.)
