In Response To: Position from World v. US (Stick)

The match was to the 11, USA to play, USA owning the cube.

I think 13/9* is the play at DMP or behind in the match, but here I'd play more quietly B/18, and not leave too many blots against a stronger board. B/18 also looks like to get more out cube ownership because of the lower volatility.

At other scores, 13/9* looks fine to eliminate some covers, dupe 6s, and make it more difficult for opponent to come home. Also, there is a good swing on 4 dancing numbers.
