Let's look at Blue's next roll:

16 fans;

14 hits;

6 entering numbers that don't hit.

Only the hits are potential market losers but White can nix that by rolling a two (unless Blue entered with 3-2, 3-4, or 4-4).

I don't think Blue can take a recube after fanning, but if it's a take it must be pretty close ==> efficient recube.

This looks like N-B to me.
