Yet another question on clocks and slow play

Personally I think the time should be a function of the conditions, within reason. The tournament staff should decide how fast they would like the tournament to proceee and then choose parameters accordingly.

Having said that, here are some time windows that I think are reasonable:

5-pointer 1:00 - 1:15.

7-pointer 1:15 - 1:30.

9-pointer 1:30 - 2:00.

11-pointer 1:45 - 2:30.

13-pointer 2:00 - 2:45.

15-pointer 2:30 - 3:00.
