I don't know if there's a perfect way to distribute ABT points. Note that there were rebuys at LV and I'm pretty sure those don't count in the ABT point formula. In reality, if someone wins without rebuying, that's a much bigger accomplishment compared to another similar number of entrants (where rebuys aren't allowed) whereas if someone wins after rebuying, it's less of an accomplishment.
