I thought this was an interesting question, so I checked also for other scores and variations.

Also at GG you make the 20 and 4. Two down strips the midpoint, and it looks like that is part of the reason why 13/11(2) is unattractive. Also, if you get to use the builders on the mid or 11, you'd leave blots, and being a bit ahead in the race, 24/20 is good because it let's you race more effectively in a number of variations.

At GG and with one spare from the 8 moved back to the mid, 13/11(2) might be best according to an ongoing rollout at weak settings.
