Los Angeles -- clocks allowed in the Open in TD's discretion only -- no mandatory clocks, no clock preference. Flint, Las Vegas, Chicago, New York -- no mention of clocks in the tournament announcements.

Not quite true in Vegas: Super Jackpot is clocked unless both players agree otherwise. LA jackpot is the same. I usually play LA jackpot, and ALWAYS ask for a clock, even if I'm playing Speedy McCheckerSlap.
