what about not resigning at all?

Think about Stick's approach. By rolling 66 he removes one obvious decision. I guess there are on average about 100+ decisions in a 9pt match. So, his approach costs someone about 1% of match PR every time he does it. This is a small adjustment and hardly worth worrying, but if it can be easily avoided it should be avoided.
When I transcribe and omeone resigns without opponent's turning the cube, I play the game till the last checker taken off. I repeatedly click "random" button and then play the roll to bear off in as few rolls as possible. So, this way player gets extra decision when the random roll is not forced and no extra decision when the random roll is forced (e.g. 66). The problem I see with my approach is Noone except me knows if I clicked that button. If players players finished every game this problem would not exist.
There arw many transcribers and not everyone knows how PR is calculated. I think if players played it to the end, transcribers would more often than not also enter all rolls.
