When I transcribe and someone resigns without opponent's turning the cube, I play the game till the last checker taken off. I repeatedly click "random" button and then play the roll to bear off in as few rolls as possible.

So if I have been playing on too good and opponent just saves the gammon and resigns without waiting to be doubled out, seems like if he randomly keeps throwing large doubles I may have future missed cubes. What if he actually wins the game he has resigned?
