Ok, I was wrong about -4 but, as you say, it should be -2 not -2.121.

Changing from 4-ply to XGR+ or XGR++ does change the winning chances from 0.02 to 0.00 but it leaves the cubeless equity at -2.121 which still strikes me as odd.

I think I am using the same settings that BMAB uses to analyze their matches- "Standard World Class Analysis but with “Gigantic” search interval, 15 x 8 bearoff database, and resignation errors counting.", so I guess they use 4-ply as well unless I'm somehow mistaken.
