I believe the mere length and pointless complexity of this conversation illustrates what a waste of time it is not to just roll out the game until it is manifestly obvious to both players without a shred of doubt that the game is gin. If there's even the basis for a conversation, then rolling will save time and annoyance.

Match transcribers should just be given a standard method of dealing with resignations for XG evaluation purposes.
