Transcribing problematic videos

If the move is 24/13 that is not a guess the dice would be 6-5.I am talking about any videos where the entire video is blurry and all the dice rolls are not readable like the one Pederson posted.If you look at the entire video, there is no way that the match is evaluated correctly especially if there was guesswork involved which was the case with that match.
