OK - I was wondering whether you would not accept any inferred dice, but it seems your positioned is more nuanced.

Personally I like what Terje is trying to do, but I understand your point that it should not become a made-up match. Perhaps files prepared in this way from bad materials could have a note somewhere that it is recovered from bad quality video. And perhaps Terje could crosscheck with the (assumed) players.
