For normal money games with the cube in the middle or cube owned by the player on roll, the making the bar-point seems to be overkill because in most cases the player can cash next roll or two. So 20/13 Looks to be best.

At DMP or for cubeless games where gammons count, making the bar point reduces the opponent's equity significantly except on the joker rolls. For normal money games where the opponent owns the cube, the correct play is almost invariably the cubeless play where gammons count. A broken five prime is much weaker than a solid 5 prime and more difficult and risky to convert to a 6 prime.

Is this a DMP problem? If so the analysis carried out is incorrect - you seem to have set for cubeless games where gammons count.
