Why those settings - binary logarithm of cube value.

I checked and confirmed. It is the binary logarithm to be precise. Where the maximum cube value is 32 then the last value on the XGID is 5. The maximum value of the cube here is 2^5 = 32. For cubeless games/matches the maximum value of the cube is 1 not zero.
