Blue has a big advantage in the race, position is about even, and threats favor blue. Normally, 2 of 3 PRAT is D/T. Does score make a difference? Yes, because white can recube and blue can't re-re-cube.

Practically, I'd ship it and make it white's problem. Lots of players will drop when behind by sixty pips. I might drop this on a different day, and I'm not sure it's a take. So, kit's law says ship it.

I'll say take, but not at all sure. I figure I'm about 25% to get this right by sheer guesswork.
