In Response To: What's with the shitty turnouts lately ? (neilkaz)

When in LV two weeks ago it was so obvious that the general (non-BG) crowd was down a factor of about 1 1/2 to 2 from both two years ago (April 2006) and last year (March 2007), the last two times I was there.

If we really got the truth about the economy instead of the whitewash from politicians, this year might be shown to be looking more like 1929 than 1957, 1973, etc. BG tournament turnouts could be the least of our concerns.
