BackgammonAce issues

I have been playing BG Ace some (BAC ranking 23rd) and while I enjoy it, I do have some issues.

1. From a design standpoint, a person playing can get the computer to show them the best move? Shouldn't this be disabled for anything other than practice play?

2. When I replay a match it shows me my move and the best move but it does not show me the size of the error. I would like to know if I am making a .02 error or a .555 error.

3. When I make a mistake in XG I like to change the position a little to see what I am missing. If I change the race, less shots, better board, etc. I do not see a way to do this in BG Ace.

4. I have big problems with disconnects. I can have a bear off where I am 99% to win and BG Ace tells me that I disconnected and I lose. My connection is fine and everything else works but BG Ace says that I lose. This can be very frustrating.

I do like many things about the program and I am on the fence about premium. I do like the showing of error rates of 10 minute and 3 minute (mine are almost the same apparently when I stop and think I do not think very well...)
