GGraccoon on the Grid is set at GNU 0-ply, same as Snowie 1-ply, and does, on rare occasions, send an early double or will tend to take a borderline pass, however, I would not exactly consider the Coon as "more human"...lol. Coon will play a 9ptr at about 1.5% Snowie error rate. The 2-ply (Snowie 3-ply bot), at least I think it's set for 2-ply, on Gammonsite will tend to play 9's at under 1%. So, there is not a huge difference between the two except for certain checker play requiring more look-ahead.
